Conditions of Sale and Refunds
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
Returned tickets will only be offered for resale when the venue is sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket. We also do not guarantee tickets will be resold under these circumstances.
Leziate Park Ltd will only offer a refund if Leziate Park Ltd cancels an event for circumstances within its control. The company reserves the right to cancel an event in circumstances beyond its control without refund.
We do not offer a reserve service so all tickets must be purchased to secure your booking.
Delivery
We will fulfill your order within seven working days of order.
Where tickets are purchased with insufficient time for posting, they will be available for collection from date of notification your order is ready.

Leziate Park will use your information to provide you with tickets for events and provide you with information about other events that may interest you.
You have the right to ask for your information to be removed from the database at any time, to ask to see a copy of the information held about you and have any inaccuracies corrected.
